Do you have 360 tours or video?
Not yet. Today the product works on single photos: furnishing, decluttering, renovation previews, sky replacement, facade cleanup, pools and photo correction. Video and 360 tours are the next two things we are building, and they will be included in the plan you are already on.
Do I have to tell buyers the photo was edited?
Yes, and we make that easy. Every image can carry a 'Virtually staged' label, and on the free plan it is always on. Across Europe a buyer has to be able to tell that a listing photo has been altered.
What happens to my photos?
They sit in private storage that only your account can open. Nothing is public, nothing is shared, and we never use your photos to train a model. Source files are deleted after 90 days; the results you generated stay with you.
How long does one photo take?
Around forty seconds from upload to download, and you can run several photos at once.
What if the result is wrong?
If the job fails, the photo goes straight back to your balance automatically. If the result is simply not what you wanted, run it again with a different style or add your own instruction.
Can I ask for something specific?
Yes. Alongside the room type and style you can type a free instruction, for example 'add a grand piano in the corner' or 'make it a nursery'.
Is there a contract?
No. Plans are monthly and you can stop whenever you like.
